I’m sure you have heard the famous saying ‘You are what you eat” right? Well I will say it again ‘You are what you eat!’ How do you feel after you eat a greasy hamburger vs. a big salad? Big difference; I’m sure you will agree. Don’t get me wrong, enjoying a juicy burger once in a while is a must. Just how often, what sides, how many, and is it a weekly staple are questions to ask yourself. Skip the beef and insert turkey meat if you must indulge frequently. Skip the fries and go with a salad or side of veggies. When you start living your life not thinking about how you will be depriving yourself today you will start to see your palate change to healthier more nutritional staples.
